About the position

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Project Management and business Consulting, with a history of delivering ERP projects. You will have experience managing multiple simultaneous projects, so your interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills and capabilities will be vital to succeed in this role.

The position requires the Project Manager to manage a portfolio of Pronto ERP activities, assist in various consulting activities and in the continuous improvement of the Implementation Methodology.

Required Skills Set:

  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Strong business consulting skills
  • Full lifecycle implementation and upgrade experience in mid to large scale ERP projects
  • Vendor Project Management experience will be highly regarded
  • Pronto Xi experience and skills will be highly regarded
  • Excellent team leadership and management skills, with demonstrated experience running medium to large sized teams
  • Well-developed prioritisation and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, written and client facing
  • Excellent stakeholder, issue, scope management skills
  • Financially astute and experience in managing project budgets
  • Ability to identify risks and potential issues at an early stage and to be highly competent in bringing these to resolution
  • Be energetic and enthusiastic, with a desire to make an impact within a consulting environment

About you

  • Successfully completed a degree in IT or Business related discipline and/or relevant industry experience
  • PM Certifications preferred
  • You will possess a strong work ethic
  • You will be resourceful and innovative at tackling complex and business challenges
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Ability to influence internal and external stake holders
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and excellent documentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills and excellent time management
  • Passionate about customer service and delivery excellence
  • Travel to customer sites is required with potential interstate and international travel
  • A current Driver’s License and Passport is required
