We’re seeking a Solution Consultant who enjoys working closely with customers, uncovering genuine business challenges, and designing smart, achievable solutions using the Woven product suite.
About the role
Reporting to the Customer Success Team Lead, this role works closely with Account Managers, Business Development Managers and delivery teams to support customers from early discovery through to successful delivery and ongoing success.
You’ll balance presales solution consulting with customer success engagement, playing a key role in solution design, scoping, demonstration, and long‑term customer value.
What you’ll be doing
- Partner with customers and internal teams to understand needs and design practical, value‑driven digital solutions
- Lead discovery sessions and deliver clear, engaging solution presentations and demonstrations
- Work with production and development teams to scope solutions and produce accurate estimates and proposals
- Build trusted customer relationships, acting as an advisor to drive adoption, value and retention
- Support customer onboarding, solution enhancements and change initiatives in collaboration with Sales and Delivery
- Stay across industry trends and competitors to inform solution design and positioning
- Ensure solution readiness through appropriate testing and clear handover into delivery
- Maintain accurate CRM, project records, billing and WIP management
- Collaborate across sales, delivery, support and finance to deliver high‑quality customer outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of discovery, estimating and documentation processes, while upholding security and policy standards
About you
What you’ll bring
- Experience in a customer‑facing role such as solution consulting, presales, customer success, consulting or account management
- A solid understanding of digital and ecommerce solutions (websites, portals, integrations and workflows)
- Confidence working with both business and technical stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including solution documentation
- A consultative, organised and commercially aware mindset
- Qualification in Business/IT/Commerce or related experience
- Experience with ERP systems (such as Pronto Xi), digital agencies, or complex solution environments is highly regarded but not essential.
