Pronto Software Confirms No Compromise Following Scope Systems Cyber Incident

Pronto Software is aware of a cybersecurity incident involving one of its reseller partners, Scope Systems.

We would like to confirm there is no compromise to Pronto Cloud or Pronto Software’s Pronto Xi application or infrastructure.

Scope Systems is leading the direct incident response in consultation with cybersecurity experts and relevant authorities. Pronto Software has offered its support to the recovery effort.

Protecting customers, maintaining operational continuity, and communicating transparently remain our highest priorities.
