Increasing business efficiency with one integrated solution

JPT Enterprises has been managing and operating a diverse set of businesses, including OEM Dynamics, AusTech Saw & Tooling, Alumi-Tech, and Screen Solutions Queensland. JPT’s first acquisition was OEM Dynamics – an Australian business that supplies mechanical power transmission and heat transfer products to the mining industry, oil and gas exploration, armed services and most public utilities.

However, OEM is just one of the businesses run by the holding company, whose offerings range from the manufacturing and wholesale of commercial office solutions to tool and saw sharpening.

While the individual businesses differ, the company is run as a corporate. “We met in the oil industry, and we run the businesses as if we were still in the oil industry, with monthly KPIs, accounts and board meetings,” says Paul Catlow, Managing Director at JPT Enterprises.
