Key Tubing & Electrical Industries (KTE) is a South Australian-based manufacturer and wholesaler of engineered electrical and tube components for a range of industries – with the capacity to meet the requirements of entire supply chains through a highly customisable manufacturing process. The company sells direct to customers and through distributors across Australia and internationally.

After a period of significant growth, KTE realised the technology and systems they used to manage their operations were not capable of providing the deep insights they needed. Craig Smith, Supply Chain Manager explained, “For example accurate costing is critical to ensure profitability – but we struggled to get the detailed breakdowns we needed through the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) engine we had bolted on to our basic accounting solution. This added complexity and delayed sales decisions.”
