Associate Support Consultant (NSW)

About the position

Our Pronto iQ team is looking for an enthusiastic technically-minded individual to learn the ropes in our Business Intelligence product and services Support Team.

Where you’d be working:

This Associate Support Consultant role will be based in either our Sydney or Brisbane office.
What you’d be doing (your day will look like this):  

Your growing experience in providing technical support, training and support consulting services will assist you in this role:

• Investigation and analysis of customer’s requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve allocated calls in a timely manner.
• Analysis and specification of defined programming changes as required including completing SMR’s (Software Maintenance Requests) to address issues.
• Assist in requirements identification and testing of program enhancements and modifications as required.
• Training and advising customers, team members and internal staff in the functions and operations of Pronto iQ.
• Chargeable consulting services in specific Pronto IQ modules and/or industry applications as required.

About you

We’re looking for a new Associate Support Consultant who has:

• Excellent customer service, communication and problem solving skills.
• Strong ability to deal with complex issues.
• Well-developed prioritisation and time management skills.
• Ability to integrate and provide support within the team.
• Enthusiasm and a desire to make an impact within a Support Consulting environment.

To enjoy being a Pronto Software employee you’d need to have: 

• Technical aptitude or passion for software and trouble-shooting.
• Customer service experience preferably in an IT environment.
• An understanding of software development or programming.
• Experience in MS Office products
• A current driver’s license
