Your Mission:

As our Product Manager for retail and POS Applications, you’ll lead the evolution of these portfolios within our flagship Pronto Xi ERP suite. Your deep retail expertise will guide the development of tools that drive operational efficiency and deliver actionable insights to modern businesses.

 

Pronto Xi includes capabilities such as:

• Operational reporting
• Industry standards compliance
• Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Data Integration (DI)
• Support for a wide range of retail environments

About you

Where You’ll Work:

You’ll be part of the Pronto Product Group, based in our Forest Hill, VIC head office — or from Brisbane or Sydney for the right candidate. We offer a 3/2 hybrid work arrangement and a culture that values long-term relationships, collaboration, and innovation.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive new product features and enhancements based on your retail experience

• Identify opportunities to increase product value in the market

• Conduct market research to support business cases

• Manage product ideas and roadmap for your portfolio

• Write clear documentation and user stories

• Translate technical features into compelling value propositions

• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver needs-based solutions

• Stay connected with retail industry trends and partners

• Present product updates to internal and external stakeholders

 

What You Bring:

• Retail experience in the retail Industry

• Deep understanding of the retail industry and its software needs

• 5+ years managing technology in diverse retail environments

• Proven experience in product lifecycle management for retail

• Strong communication skills—able to simplify complex tech for any audience

• Degree in IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience

• Experience in product management or software development leadership

• Willingness to undergo a police check
